RECIPE #03 ANNUALS

  If you purchase flats of annuals that are not in their    
  prime or are neglected, ask for a reduced price, then     
  take them home and pour into a tray this solution.        
  Into 2 gallons warm water add:                            
  4 T instant tea                                           
  3 T epsom salts                                           
  2 T hydrogen peroxide                                     
  3 T household ammonia
                                     
  Put the sick little packets of annuals in and soak for    
  20 minutes. Put them in a protected area in the shade     
  for the rest of the day and overnight. Next morning       
  plant them. Top pruning is good and loosen the roots.
